Cancellation policy for lesson packages (monthly or longer)

1. General conditions:

- These cancellation policies apply to students who book a lesson package (minimum 1 month) that is conducted via Telegram and WhatsApp.
- When booking a lesson package, the student is obligated to pay the entire package price, even if they cancel the package prematurely or do not fully utilize the lessons.

**2. Cancellation of the lesson package:**

- **Cancellation within the first 2 days (trial period):**  
  If the student within the first 2 days after booking the lesson package (d.h. If you wish to cancel during the "trial period", you will receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid. 
  - **Important:** The student must notify the cancellation in writing via Telegram or WhatsApp, and the cancellation must be made within the first 2 days after the first lesson.

- **Cancellation after the trial period (from the 3rd day):**  
  After the first two days, the course package is considered binding. A refund is no longer possible from this point onward.
  - However, the student has the option to postpone remaining lessons to a later date (see point 3).

**3. Postponement of lessons:**

  • **Rescheduling of individual lessons:**  
      If a student wishes to reschedule a single lesson within the booked month, this must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via Telegram or WhatsApp. Rescheduling is possible without additional costs, provided it is done in a timely manner.
      
    - **Moving entire packages:**  
      If the student wishes to postpone the entire course package due to illness or other exceptional circumstances (e.g., vacation), this is possible up to two weeks after the originally booked month. However, the lessons must be completed within three months of the original start date of the package. Cancellation and a refund of the entire package are no longer possible from the third day after booking.

4. Non-attendance or missed lessons:

  • If a student is not active in the group or on the channels for a scheduled lesson, they should make up for it within 24 hours. The lesson will therefore not be considered missed.
  • There is no "expiration period" or loss of learning units. All content and lessons remain accessible and can be edited flexibly.

**5. Cancellation by the school:**

- **School-initiated cancellation or change:**  
  If the school has to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher illness, technical problems), the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date, or the student can request a refund for the missed lesson. Students will be informed of any changes in a timely manner via Telegram or WhatsApp.

- **Technical problems:**  
  In the event of technical problems affecting the lesson (e.g., internet connection or software issues), every effort will be made to resolve the problems quickly. Should the lesson be cancelled due to these problems, it will be rescheduled free of charge.

**6. Refunds and Payments:**

- Refunds are only possible within the first 2 days after booking if the student decides to cancel the package.
- After the trial period, no refund will be given for unused lessons, unless there are exceptional circumstances that make the lessons impossible.
  
**7. Communication:**

- All cancellations, requests and postponements must be communicated in writing via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may not be able to be considered.
