Do I need software / app?

You need Telegram, WhatsApp and for some courses Zoom.

The group exercises take place on Telegram and your coach contacts you privately on WhatsApp or Telegram.

On Zoom, you meet with your friends and do communication exercises. The Zoom groups are held several times a day, so there is always a time that suits you.

Do I receive a certificate

Each participant receives a certificate from us, but it is not one to take an exam at Telc or other examination centers. With us you learn to simplify your everyday life in Germany - not to take exams.

In which time zone does the class take place?

Thanks to our flexible teaching style, where no teacher speaks and everyone has to be present, it doesn't matter where in the world you are. Your personal coach adapts to your time zone. If you change your time zone frequently, for example when traveling, a change of coach can also take place.

How can I cancel?

We guarantee fair conditions. If our service does not meet your expectations, you can cancel any course on a monthly basis without being bound to a 60-day notice period. If you are dissatisfied with something, do not hesitate to contact us by email. We will be happy to help you find a solution, be it by changing coaches or briefly repeating a topic. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I attend the courses at the same time?

It is possible to book and attend several courses at the same time. However, we recommend taking them one after the other, as we are different from a traditional boring school and we provide intensive support to our participants. Participants who have already completed a course with us also receive a 30% discount on the next course.

Is 24Germanschool a language learning app?

No, we are not an app and we don't think much of one. With us you actively learn, talk and write with a real coach. There are also group exercises and our material.

Do I have to buy a book?

No, you will receive new exercise material from us every day by email.
